  1. How do we get our pictures?

    2. The photos are returned to the photo coordinator, rec center, or league president. Check with your coach or organizer to see if photos have been delivered yet.

  2. When will pictures be returned?

    3. In most cases pictures are returned 2 weeks after picture day. Ask your coach or team manager to get them from the league coordinator.

  3. I didn't know it was picture day, what should I do now?

    4. Extra forms are available at picture day, it is best if you turn in the form on the same day. If you missed it please call us with your child's league, team, coach and which items you'd like to order. We can place the order over the phone and perhaps save you the late fee. Call as soon as you can!

  4. Picture day was a few weeks ago, did I miss my chance to order?

    5. We do our best to photograph all the players, if your child was there we took his/her picture. The photos will likely be returned soon, so call the office at 303-604-2527 to place your order. There may be a late fee with shipping, so call as soon as you can.

  5. What do I do if I don't have an order form?

    6. Call or E-mail the office at steve@hofferphoto.com to request an order form. We can either mail you an order form, or e-mail a digital file. Please specify which league and sport.

  6. I have 3 kids, do I need to fill out forms for each kid?

    7. Yes, in order to get a picture of each child a separate form is needed. You can combine your totals into one check, cash, or credit card payment. Please bring all the forms and payment at the same time.

  7. Can I write one check?

    8. Yes, simply write your check number on the order forms and bring the forms and payment to one of our staff.

  8. How do I get a buddy photo?

    9. If you would like a buddy photo of your family, or a child and their best friend, fill out our yellow buddy form. You can include payment with your regular order form.

  9. What if the weather is bad?

    10. Colorado's weather is hard to predict. In the case of bad weather contact your coach to see if games or practices have been canceled. If games or practices are still on, chances are we are still doing photos.

  10. Do you take credit cards?

    11. We take Visa and Mastercard only. We prefer a $10 minimum.

  11. Do you do other sports?

    12. We do it all! Hoffer Photo is equipped to photograph portraits, indoor and outdoor sports, action and tournaments. Ranging from preschool sports, elementary school sports, middle and high school sports. Give us a challenge!
